For Any approved returns, we process refund once we receive the product back. Processing refunds may take upto 7 - 12 Business Days.

Damaged Products:

In the event that a product reaches damaged, please email us on giftpalacecare@gmail.com within 3 working days along with images of the damaged product and we will help you out.
